As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and luxury atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and entrance area.
• Provide local information, directions, and transportation assistance.
• Deliver messages, faxes, or packages to guest rooms promptly.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in any field (Customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• Appearance: Must maintain an exceptionally clean, groomed, and professional appearance at all times.
• Integrity: Must have a clean professional background with no negative employment records.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Language: English fluency is required; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
