Maverick Staffing is looking for experienced and highly professional Banquet Servers to join our elite events team in the DFW area. We provide staffing for high-end hotels and luxury event venues. If you are detail-oriented, have a polished appearance, and excel in fast-paced environments, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup of banquet rooms (tables, linens, silverware, and glassware).
• Serve plated meals or manage buffet stations with high technical precision.
• Provide exceptional table service, including wine pouring and clearing courses.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Breakdown and clean event spaces following the conclusion of functions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Server and/or 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Appearance: Must maintain an impeccable, clean, and groomed professional appearance (prolijidad).
• Integrity: Clean professional background with no negative employment records is a must.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Skills: Knowledge of formal service etiquette and the ability to carry large trays.
