Maverick Staffing is seeking friendly, organized, and professional Hosts / Hostesses to join premier dining venues in the DFW area. You are the first and last impression for every guest! We need individuals with a warm personality and strong organizational skills to manage the flow of the dining room composedly, even during busy rushes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables following proper rotation procedures.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using phone systems or reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, Resy).
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, providing information and taking bookings.
• Maintain a clean and tidy entry area, host stand, and menus.
• Communicate effectively with servers and managers regarding table status and guest needs.
• Bid a warm farewell to departing guests to ensure a lasting positive impression.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in any field is required. Previous experience in Hospitality, Restaurants, or high-volume Customer Service is preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a definite plus.
• Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
• Appearance: Must maintain a polished and professional presentation at all times.
• Records: Must have a clean professional background with no negative employment records.
