Maverick Staffing is hiring energetic Bussers / Food Runners to support our dining teams in the DFW area. We are looking for fast-paced individuals who can wear multiple hats: keeping the dining room clean AND delivering food to guests with a smile. If you are quick on your feet and a team player, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport food from the kitchen to guest tables and clear dirty dishes to the dishwashing area efficiently and safely.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, including wiping down tables, chairs, and resetting stations for new guests.
• Assist with side work such as polishing silverware, refilling water glasses, and restocking service stations with napkins and condiments.
• Communicate effectively with both the kitchen staff and the floor service team to ensure orders are accurate.
• Respond quickly to guest needs and support the waitstaff during peak hours to ensure excellent service flow.
• Ensure all walkways and service areas are free of debris and spills.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in any field is required. Previous experience in Hospitality, Restaurants, or Customer Service is preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred (but not required).
• Physical: Ability to lift heavy trays, carry tubs of dishes, and stand/walk for the entire shift.
• Reliability: Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
• Records: Must have a clean professional background with no negative employment records.
