Maverick Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead teams in luxury hotel environments. You are the final checkpoint for quality assurance, ensuring every room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and guest readiness before a guest ever steps inside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily, strictly enforcing hotel brand standards and cleanliness protocols.
• Supervise, train, and motivate room attendants and housemen. efficiently managing room assignments and boards.
• Monitor linen and supply inventory, and report maintenance issues (lights, AC, plumbing) to engineering immediately.
• Personally oversee the preparation of VIP suites and special request rooms.
• Ensure the team follows all chemical safety and occupational health procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Language: Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish). Ability to communicate complex instructions clearly in both languages is essential for this role.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a full-service hotel, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Certifications: Must possess current and verifiable certifications regarding workplace safety and chemical handling (e.g., OSHA, Bloodborne Pathogens) upon hire, complying with all state and local regulations.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Property Management Systems (PMS) and tablet-based housekeeping software.
