Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and responsible Housekeeping staff to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities:

• Remove soiled linens and make beds to hotel standards (including hospital corners and changing duvet covers) with speed and precision.
• Deep clean and sanitize showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and countertops using appropriate chemicals. Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures.
• Dust all furniture, picture frames, baseboards, lamps, and window sills. Check under beds and in drawers for guest items.
• Vacuum carpets thoroughly and mop hard floor areas, ensuring corners and edges are clean.
• Restock towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee/tea kits, and other guest room supplies according to brand standards.
• Empty all trash cans and recycling bins, replacing liners.
• Organize and restock the housekeeping cart at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Inspect rooms for any damages, maintenance issues (burned-out bulbs, leaks), or missing items and report them to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain the expected “Minutes Per Room” (MPR) pace to ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned within the shift.
• Assist in cleaning hallways, lobbies, or service elevators when requested.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in any field is required. Previous experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Customer Service is preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Records: Clean employment record with no negative history.
• Strict punctuality: tardiness with no justification will not be tolerated.
• Reliability: Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented attitude.
